Paul Mazzeo is the founder of Mazzeo Law. He specializes in Family Law, Real Estate, Wills & Estates, and Corporate Law.

Paul obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 2009. Early in his career, he gained broad experience across multiple areas of law, giving him a strong foundation and a versatile perspective on client advocacy.

In 2011, Paul founded Mazzeo Law with a vision to deliver practical, client-focused legal solutions. He is known for his steady leadership and ability to approach complex and emotional matters with logic, empathy, and sound judgment. Paul dedicates his knowledge and experience to every client he represents. Having appeared before all levels of court—including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal—he has developed a keen ability to communicate issues clearly and advocate effectively.

As the firm’s founder, Paul remains integral to Mazzeo Law’s operations. The team relies on his experience, mentorship, and approachable leadership. He is always available to support both clients and colleagues.

Outside the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his family—especially cheering on his son at the hockey rink. He is an avid sports fan, proud Maple Leafs and Juventus supporter, and loves collecting sports memorabilia and playing soccer with friends.

Sneha joined Mazzeo Law in 2016 as an articling student. She began her career practicing family law and, in 2020, transitioned to real estate law. In 2021, Sneha became a Partner at Mazzeo Law and is now integral in overseeing the firm’s management and operations.

During law school, she was actively involved with the Pro Bono Group as the Free Legal Advice Group Coordinator, providing legal assistance to low-income members of the Birmingham community. She also holds a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. While completing her Master’s, Sneha worked at a Legal Clinic in her hometown, gaining invaluable experience working closely with clients to ensure their needs were met.
Sneha has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court.

Her practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, private lending, corporate law, and wills. She assists clients with a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including purchases and sales, refinancing, estate transmissions, private mortgage transactions, drafting agreements, commercial financing, corporate structuring and incorporation, business transactions, and simple estate planning.

Outside the office, Sneha enjoys reformer pilates, baking desserts, and cheering on her favourite sports teams—especially baseball, basketball, and soccer.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from McMaster University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick. During her legal studies, she volunteered extensively with the Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick and was selected to represent the University at the Canadian National Negotiation Competition, where she received the award for Best Communication and Relationship-Building Skills.

Tanya’s practice spans all aspects of family law, including financial issues, child support, property division, parenting disputes, and domestic contracts. She frequently represents self-employed clients and business owners whose financial circumstances require nuanced analysis. She also has extensive experience with prenuptial, cohabitation, and standstill agreements designed to preserve assets and minimize conflict. As a natural empath, she approaches each matter with dedication, diligence, and a genuine understanding of her clients’ needs.

In addition to her family law practice, Tanya represents clients in a range of civil litigation matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court. She has acted for individuals and businesses in cases involving unpaid accounts, breach of contract, disputes between former partners over property ownership, and conflicts arising from failed business arrangements.

Tanya prides herself on being accessible and responsive. She sees her role not just as counsel, but as a trusted guide during difficult transitions. Clients consistently commend her calm professionalism and her ability to diffuse tension while setting realistic expectations.
In her spare time, Tanya enjoys spin cycling, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

Bio coming soon.Jennifer joined Mazzeo Law in 2024 as an Associate Lawyer. She brings an empathetic and compassionate perspective to advocating for her clients, prioritizing a deep understanding of their needs and providing informed, practical legal advice.

Throughout law school, Jennifer participated in Pro Bono Students Canada as a legal researcher and co-authored educational materials for the Can-Am Friendship Centre in Windsor, Ontario on the status card application process for Indigenous children with unstated parentage. In her final year, she was selected as a judicial intern at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in both the Family Law and Criminal Law branches, where she worked closely with Judges by drafting bench memoranda and sentencing judgments. This experience gave her valuable insight into judicial reasoning and how to advocate effectively for clients inside and outside the courtroom.

Jennifer regularly appears in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.

Her community involvement reflects her passion for family law: she volunteered as a crisis responder for Kids Help Phone and with the Women’s Support Network of York Region, supporting women, youth, and children experiencing mental health challenges. These experiences allowed her to make a positive impact while deepening her understanding of the realities within family law practice.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys cheering on the Raptors, baking, and reading.

Daniel joined Mazzeo Law as an articling student in the summer of 2025.

During law school, he developed a strong interest in family and real estate law. He currently practices primarily in family law but looks forward to expanding his knowledge and experience in real estate and wills & estates to better serve a diverse range of clients.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing hockey, golfing, snowboarding, and travelling.
